How long will my order take to arrive?

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping then takes an estimated 7–14 business days. Dispatch time and shipping time are counted separately, so the total door-to-door estimate is 8–17 business days.

What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned with the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be accepted unless faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Where a longer statutory period applies, that period takes priority.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most destinations worldwide using tracked standard shipping. Delivery estimates of 7–14 business days apply to standard service; remote areas may take longer.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Store pieces in the supplied pouch, avoid contact with perfume, chlorine and household chemicals, and wipe with the included polishing cloth after wear. Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or training.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders are packed quickly, but if your parcel has not yet been handed to the carrier we can usually update the shipping address or cancel and refund in full.

1–3 business days after payment confirmation, before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Standard Shipping

Estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch, excluding processing time. Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel ships.

Returns

Requests accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery on unused items in original condition with packaging intact.

Refunds

Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank posting times vary; statutory rights take priority where applicable.
